Sea has a powerful and cleansing effect on our bodies and this is due to salt’s nature to absorb all the negative energy.
Yoga Nidra is the method of conscious sleep. It gives us the opportunity to pass through the unconscious mind, enter into the superconscious mind and final experience deep and true relaxation.
The therapy takes place into a cave made out of salt that cleanses and energizes our physical body while yoga nidra relaxes our system and aids the release of emotional, mental and psychic toxins.
For the next 40 minutes you are relaxing your body on the floor, following mentally the instruction’s voice.
