Yoga Nidra at the Salt Cave

Yoga Nidra at the Salt Cave, Glyfada

A combination of therapies that gives you total relaxation.
Salt is well known for its therapeutic effects since old age. Just think about that, which is the reason we feel happier, healthier and lighter during summer? …It is because we get closer to the sea! Sea has a powerful and cleansing effect on our bodies and this is due to salt’s nature to absorb all the negative energy.

Yoga Nidra is the method of conscious sleep. It gives us the opportunity to pass through the unconscious mind, enter into the superconscious mind and final experience deep and true relaxation.

The therapy takes place into a cave made out of salt that cleanses and energizes our physical body while yoga nidra relaxes our system and aids the release of emotional, mental and psychic toxins.

The session lasts 60 minutes.
The 5 first minutes is for you to prepare yourself and lie in a relaxed position on the floor.
For the next 40 minutes you are relaxing your body on the floor, following mentally the instruction’s voice.
The last 10 minutes of the session are dedicated to sharing our experience.
